On June 22, 2007, at 19:00, met at the request of the President, the entire Board of Directors of the Association consists AIDAC in the See of Rome, Via dei Due Macelli No 60, acting unanimously as follows:
- The registration of the memorandum and articles of association and consequential allocation of Tax Code;
- Opening a bank account AIDAC made payable to the Association at the Banca Popolare di Bergamo, Nomentana Agency, Viale Gorizia n. 34, with its access to the internet banking;
- The authorized signatory on that account to the President Montico Gaetano, Pasquale Martino Vice President, Mr. Secretary Alessia Panella;
- The Association's website: www.aidaceuropa . blogspot.com and mail association aidaceuropa@gmail.com ;
- To protect the holders of captive animals and / or domestic, operating in every social sphere (circus, trade, show, breeding, amateur, ornamental, home, etc...) The protection will be against the Public Administration and will be excluded forms of protection against private parties. Those disputes will be followed by legal dell'AIDAC independently and with application of minimum fees, arising from participation in the Association itself.
- to forward memorandum and order status to agencies, environmental protection and animal, in every home and industry;
- divulagare of the constitution of this association in all the media and in all subjects potentially affected, including through the convening of a meeting next organizational
